To ensure stability, the products are securely positioned using a combination of cardboard, foam, and styrofoam.

We offer worldwide shipping through Canada Post with tracking information provided. Delivery times and cost will be calculated at checkout depending on your shipping destination country and order weight. 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order status by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "My Orders" section. Additionally, you will receive email updates regarding the status of your order.

Are your products in stock?

All our products are handmade and produced individually. To reduce waiting times most products are usually in stock. The production time can be found on each product page.

Can I make my order a gift?

After placing your order, please send us a message to info@trifacade.com to make sure no invoice is attached to the package.
